Job Summary
The Field Supervisor manages a team of Data Collectors, ensuring field activities are conducted according to project procedures, quality standards, and daily productivity targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise field data collectors.
• Assign daily survey locations.
• Monitor attendance and productivity.
• Verify completed surveys.
• Resolve field issues.
• Conduct coaching and on-the-job training.
• Submit daily performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and ethical standards.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree or diploma.
